4. Medical & Health-Related Information

4.2 Clients are responsible for ensuring they follow the correct medical guidance provided by their chosen practitioners.

5. Third-Party Providers

  • All travel bookings are subject to the terms of the travel provider.

  • Westshore VA Services does not pre-fund travel or make payments on behalf of clients.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available for bookings.

  • The amount paid by the client in the three months preceding a claim.

Clients must:

  • Follow all Westshore VA policies, including:

    • Password Security Rules (encrypted wallet only).

    • Health & Safety compliance for physical meetings or events.

    • AML requirements for onboarding and verification.
