Payments must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in invoices or contracts.
Late payments may incur interest charges or suspension of services until payment is received.
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information required for the execution of services
Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
Respect agreed deadlines and project scope
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any work, content, or materials created by Westshore VA Services remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon payment, ownership may transfer to the client where specified.
We take every measure to deliver services with professionalism and discretion. However, Westshore VA Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to the cancellation terms outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or business practices. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised date.
